Es war uns bewusst das die Wohnung älteren Jahrgangs ist, was auch nicht schlimm ist. Nur dürfte man auch mal etwas daran renovieren mit all den Einnahmen aus der Vermietung.
Sehr schade...
Wohnung hat eine top Lage und wäre so eigentlich perfekt.

Appartement avec magnifique vue
Magnifique vue sur le village et les montagnes avec une grande terrasse! Par contre, c’était très bruyant dans le village et donc on entendait tout dans l’appartement. Comme il faisait très chaud (l’appartement n’est pas traversant alors il y a peu de circulation d’air), on devait laisser les fenêtres ouvertes - alors difficile de dormir.

Im Gesamten ist Die Wohnung zweckmässig. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wo wir die Wohnung betraten ging das gesamte Licht nicht im Vorgang. Der Dampfabzug war ebenfalls defekt. Das Licht wurde schnell ausgewechselt von Interhome.Die Küchenausstattung hingegen war super,es fehlte an nichts.

Les + : Logement proche du centre. Boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Immeuble en face de la télécabine. Balcon géant. Très belle vue. Grand frigo. Ustensiles de cuisine. Les - : Logement vieillissant dans un immeuble vieillissant. Literie (mal de dos à chaque réveil). Garage sous-terrain. Pas de parasol. Pas/Peu de lumière côté séjour (hallogène = surchauffe = danger). Canapé enfoncé. Etat général du logement à revoir

Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Grosser Fernseher, zusätzliches kleines Bad. Die grosse Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Dorf und Spielplatz lädt zum verweilen ein.

Appartement Christiania I I4
Appartement très bien situé. A 50 m de la station de télécabine et proche des commerces (tout se fait à pied). Le logement est spacieux et très fonctionnel. De plus il offre une vue magnifique sur le massif montagneux. J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement; je le recommande.

Nice appartement in centre of Nendaz
Nice appartement in the centre of Nendaz, looking out in the sportscentre. Close to the supermarkets Coop and Migros and lots of other shops. Fairly big terrace facing north, so in Summer after 4:00pm nice afternoon sun untill the sun sets behind the mountains. Great views on Nendaz and mountains.

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit Stauraum. Überraschend für uns war das zweite Bad mit WC. Alles hat super funktioniert, auch die Fernbedienung. Sehr gute Lage vis a vis Bahn.

In die Jahre gekommenes Appartement. Nicht sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Bad sehr mangelhaft . Fenster undicht und Garageneinfahrt nur 1,99 m mit Skibox nicht zugänglich. Im allgemeinen zu teuer für die Dienstleistungen.Einziges positives war die Lage im Zentrum.
