Paid $940.00\. Definitely was not worth it. No Air-con, no Ceiling Fans, no Fans at all. Very hot. At the intersection of 3 roads. Traffic through the night was constant and noisy. Had to have the windows open at night because it was to hot inside, but that made the road noise even worse. Drunks walking home at night, kicking over bins and smashing bottles on the road.
