The main section of the property is located on the ground floor with all living and bedrooms having no stairs. There is a double garage for parking with internal access, as soon as you walk inside you will be taken by the space in the open plan living/ dining area, this area also features a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave and a family size fridge with a water container / freezer. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, split system Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan and a bathroom which is accessed via the hallway. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and is also accessible for all guests. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and a hallway that runs between this bedroom and bedroom 3 providing access to the bathroom, this bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 provides a trio bunk with a double bed below and single bed above, plus a roll out trundle bed. The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and third toilet.
