There is plenty of off street parking where you can fit the boat as well. The boat ramp is directly across the road making this very easy. The kids play area, fantastic communal BBQ areas and take away shop for the nights that you dont feel like cooking are all directly at your finger tips. What a way to start your day with a casual 10 minute walk up and around fly point waterfront into the heart of Nelson Bay. The living area and main bedroom have ceiling fans and the beautiful sea breeze just flow straight throughout the entire unit. This property does not have a dryer, only washing machine. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Single Bed + Single Bunk + Wall Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
