Es una tristeza que haya reservado el hotel , haya ido , no me hayan atendido por estar cerrado , hacen el cobro a la tarjeta ,y me comunique con hoteles.com y ninguna solución ni atención buena , el peor servicio

llegamos al hostal por nuestra reserva y no nos dejaron entrar porque no estaba el administrados nos toco buscar un hospedaje diferente con mayor valor
