An older resort, but we had a wonderful time. Restaurant served three meals a day and all were delicious. Not a huge menu but sufficient options for everyone. The staff was vey friendly and kind. Pools were very nice. We would definitely return.

The staff was incredible,anything you needed they took care of. Front desk Ms. Jennifer was always polite, friendly. The entire staff was professional and pleasant. Head of housekeeping was outstanding.

I enjoyed my stay at Samsara Cliff Resort. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in Jamaica’s heat! The receptionist who checked me in was absolutely amazing—polite, friendly, and welcoming. The security guard was also very helpful, and the view from my room was beautiful. However, the room could use some upgrades, especially the towels and bed linens. Overall, the excellent service and beautiful view made my stay enjoyable.

The Samsara Cliff resort was a great place for a quite get away. The staff was so friendly and the manager was extremely accommodating. If you enjoy snorkeling and are not afraid of a little swell, the view under the water was excellent. The view at sunset was great too! We originally booked the garden cottages and we were not pleased with the condition of them and we were very quickly offered an ocean front room at no extra fee.

Loved SAMSARA ,great views great staff excellent snorkeling. I feel like I have to go back and visit family I had such a great trip. Been going to Jamaica Negril area for many years and I think I will have to stay here for a week every trip, and a week on the beach

Very basic resort, but nice! Not your most luxurious room; however, everything was nice and the views of the resort were very beautiful and breathtaking. Food on the resort was pretty dang good! Perfect resort if you're looking for a chill, relaxed vacation with a cheap budget. I would have appreciated if housekeeping was a bit more helpful and attentive when it came to needing new linen.

Pictures of property aren’t up to date.Nice location in terms of the cliffs, good morning swim. Bathroom fixtures were out of date, shower pressure and temp was on and off. Staff did not replace towels regularly and couldn’t even be put away. It was left in a plastic bag on your bed. It appears they just make the bed and take out trash. The general area like loungers (broken) sun shades (ripped or damaged). We barely stayed on the grounds. Only good thigh to report was the drinks were strong.

Our housekeeper was really nice and friendly. Although the rooms were clean, the rooms where we stayed definitely could use some updating. If you're used to resorts like the Riu, this may not be for you. It's rustic, but needs some work. There was a massive cockroach (like over an inch in size) in our room, and it laid an egg. We tried to kill it, but it got away. I was just happy we didn't bring any of that home. The air conditioner stopped working the night before we left. But other than that, overall, the staff was very nice. They were the highlight for us. It was easy to get around, and we spent most of our time out and about. There's a shuttle to the beach at a sister property, where we had a great time.

Property is outdated although I understand there is a side that has been modernised. I wouldn't advise going all inclusive as breakfast is really the only meal worth having. Some staff were lovely and helpfull whereas others were rude, abrupt and simply hoggish. Pool was clean and rooms serviced daily. Reception staff were nice. I suppose you get what you pay for. We ended up eating out for the last 2 days as I couldn't bear the canteen style food any longer. Wouldn't stay there again on an all inclusive and probably wouldn't stay again at all!

Location on the cliffs is amazing. The swimming pools are lovely and with the shuttle to the beach at Legends it gives you the choice of facilities. Food and drink are very good and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tina & Kimmy! Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Very good service all round. Would highly recommend staying there and would definitely return.

The check-in staff are always polite and friendly, and the cleaning staff are lovely too. Most of the bar staff are also friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there is one member of staff whose attitude towards me has been quite rude and unwelcoming. On the three occasions I approached her, I received the same attitude, and she didn’t seem happy to serve me. I’ve always stayed at SamSara whenever I’m in Negril and have generally had a great experience, but sadly, this has made me think twice about returning.
