Pros: -​Immaculately Clean: The room and common areas were super clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. ​-Prime Location: Centrally located, making it very easy to walk to nearby attractions and transit. -​Great Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good variety and was tasty. ​ Cons & Major Issues: ​-Middle-of-the-Night Alarm: At 2:00 AM, the hotel alarm went off and blared for 10 minutes, waking up the entire hotel (you could hear doors opening and closing in all adjacent rooms). While technical glitches happen, the staff's handling of the situation was very disappointing. ​-Zero Communication During the Incident: No staff member provided guidance, announcement, or safety directions. -Guests were left in the dark wondering if there was a real fire, an evacuation order, or a security issue. ​-Poor Follow-Up & Customer Service: ​The next morning, it was treated as business as usual with no explanation or acknowledgment offered upfront. ​When I asked about it, I was casually told an oven had apparently turned on by itself in the middle of the night. Ok.... No "did it affect your night sir...? we are really sorry... ​I sent follow-up emails requesting a partial refund or compensation for the severe sleep disruption and lack of safety protocol, but received no reply. ​ Overall Impression: The physical property and location are great, but the lack of communication, safety coordination during an emergency alarm, and poor customer service follow-up really ruined the experience.

The breakfast was included in our stay and was terrific. Room was small, serviceable but nothing special. Location was great.
