Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?). (983 reviews) Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.
