Everything was great, staff and the site is splendid. The only comment would be to make sure that the amenities are all functioning for a 4 star hotel.( sauna and a shower out of order). The hammam and the swimming pool were delightful.

We found this hotel very nice. The room was clean and tidy. It also gave children free breakfast not that they eat very much but they enjoyed it. Swimming pool was lovely and the hotel generally was clean. Well worth another visit.

Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4 star hotel.
