This hotel is in an historic old Abby. The property is over 500 years old and they've done a very good job of repurposing it. The room that we stayed in was a little tired and could use some care but in general the property was nice. They did seem a bit understaffed and getting a drink at the bar was a bit of a challenge.

Everything was great, staff and the site is splendid. The only comment would be to make sure that the amenities are all functioning for a 4 star hotel.( sauna and a shower out of order). The hammam and the swimming pool were delightful.

We found this hotel very nice. The room was clean and tidy. It also gave children free breakfast not that they eat very much but they enjoyed it. Swimming pool was lovely and the hotel generally was clean. Well worth another visit.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. The stay was let down by the breakfast. The hot food was cold and needed to be replenished. The orange juice had also run out. There were no staff to ask for assistance.

Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4 star hotel.

Lovely hotel but disappointed that there was a problem with swimming pool therefore we could not make use of it. Also felt we should have been told this at check in. Very nice meal and excellent choice at breakfast. Could do with a small fridge in the bedrooms.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The pool was ideal for the children as we arrive late. We stay for dinner and drinks. It was ideal. Weather was great. Sat outside. What more could you ask for?
