I really think this is the ideal spot for a weekend or extended stay in Ned. Walking distance to everything, and some extra comforts around the house. We came to run and hike, and Ned is a great jump off spot for a ton of options.

The location is ideal with immediate local access to businesses and restaurants, but also with a tranquil setting creekside. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, beds comfy with cute, farmhouse decor. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was easy to reserve, check in and out and communication was excellent. The cabin is as advertised and even better. Lots of extras and nice small touches. Great place in downtown Nederland

Stayed here twice, has the feel of a private mountain cabin on a river while also having all the amenities of being downtown, 300 feet from a brewery, a bagel shop, and the grocery store. Highly recommend.

Top Notch Rental on the Creek

This is a small cottage, literally on the creek. Lots of amazing nooks and warm naural light, sounds of the babbling creek right out the door. If you love Nederland like we do, this cabin is central to everything. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. The location was perfect! Close to the main street of nederland but tucked away enough that it was quiet and peaceful! The cabin itself was so clean and so cute! We will definitely be booking again!

Our son lives in Ned and we rented this cabin with the grandkids for a visit. Charming and clean with a beautiful view of the river. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Had a great stay!

Outstanding location on the Middle Boulder Creek in Ned. Access restaurants by day and sleep to the sound of the creek at night. Nice outdoor space for enjoying the mountain air. Cabin is well equipped. Check-in, check-out, and parking are all very easy.

Relaxing on the river

We really enjoyed our stay on the river in Nederland. The cozy cabin was a perfect place for us to unwind. We enjoyed having a fire in the cool mornings & evenings, reading books provided in the cabin, and walking to get dinner, coffee & smoothies. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped for making our stay easy and feel like home. We especially enjoyed the cute fall decor, and selection of coffee & tea.

A perfectly needed getaway

This cabin is a very clean and relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It is on the edge of town but right on the river tucked away enough to have your own hideaway. We could walk.to the nearby grocery store and to any of the town’s Restaurants, which were all very good. We highly enjoyed our stay.
