The primary goal of this residence is to ensure that families feel completely at home. Privacy and safety are paramount; the property is entirely secure, providing peace of mind for you and your children. There is ample space for play without the risk of getting lost.  
  
The front garden has been recently renovated to enhance its greenery and beauty, including the planting of fruit trees for a healthier environment. The house itself has been upgraded to meet the latest luxury standards, offering the following features:  
  
Key-Free Access: Entry is facilitated via a smartphone app or 4-digit Pin, with a card reader available inside for additional access.  
Bedrooms: Two fully equipped bedrooms with king-size beds.  
Bathrooms: Two fully equipped bathrooms, one main and one en suite, both featuring bidet shower sprays.  
Living Area: A living room with a corner sofa bed that converts into a double bed, accommodating two people, and a dining table with four chairs.
