"Just a few minutes walk to the beach and other amenities but in a quiet location. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. Patio area with table, chairs, sunlounger and mature plants was great for sitting out and planning journeys. I would definitely book here again. My only suggestion is an info pack for guests. I wasnt sure how to check out. Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"a great hotel in a beautiful and tranquil area, well equipped room and a perfect spot for an escapade with some options for nature strolling and good dining. "

"Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non functioning, although there is a water heating boost. General appearance was in need of a spruce, although it was end of the season, so this might be understandable. On a good note, the villa was very clean and totally secluded, not overlooked at all. Position is perfect, between Polis and the beautiful Latchi. Argaka and Pomos also easily reached by car, as well as the the famous Akamas walks."

"Very peaceful villa in the mountains on the outskirts of Kathikas village. All the restaurants are walkable and we had some great meals at Mezhn (traditional Greek) and the Farmyard (Asian/Greek) restaurants. A car is essential and recommend stocking up at Philippos at Coral Bay it’s the biggest supermarket around, although there are smaller shops in Kathikas. Maria and Demi are very friendly and great hosts highly recommended."
