This was a very expensive night at a hotel for our family, intended as a treat at the end of the holiday, and the facilities in the bedroom just didn’t match the cost. One kid was on a foldaway trundle bed that creaked constantly and jutted out over the door of the bathroom. The bathroom handle was loose, and it just didn’t feel like it should cost as much as it did. The beach and pool were great but you have to be out before 9am to secure beds together as a family (some people leave there stuff there permanently to bookmark their beds). Staff at reception were efficient but not very warm and welcoming and we couldn’t find anyone to ask about the foldaway bed when we were around to ask.

Nice hotel. Safe area . Unfortunately there is an construction in front of the hotel and there was early noisy trucks, tools and crane. Besides that love the staff and spotless rooms.

Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks) Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to cool us down and also cleaning our sunglasses each day :-) Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful position overlooking the sea with a private pool. Michael and Eleni were both very helpful and friendly and there was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. Second time we've stayed in this villa.

The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. Unfortunately, the quality and choice of food at the à la carte restaurants for dinner, particularly for our 2 year old, as well as the general inconsistency of service were below expectations for a five star hotel - especially when you consider the cost of half board. My wife has various food allergies and these were also not particularly well catered for - dishes sent back multiple times and lack of appropriate substitutes offered. To their credit, the management team at the hotel were very receptive to our feedback and are already working on certain improvements; for example a new, healthier kids menu in all 3 restaurants is due to launch next week.
