Luxury villa with private pool near Nazaré

  • Luxury villa located in a rural area between São Martinho do Porto and Nazaré, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seating for 7 pers. In the large living room you will find a comfortable sitting area, TV and you have a nice view of the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern comfort, dishwasher, washing machine, ... The bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom and access doors to the spacious sun terrace (55 m2). From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the garden you can relax in the sun loungers and enjoy a good book and a nice drink. The swimming pool (7x3 m) is out of sight of the street and provides the necessary cooling during the hot summer days.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Everything worked perfectly. The children loved the swimming pool and there were great views from the garden. It is in a residential area but would be difficult to navigate without a car. would be difficult to get around without a car. The beds were comfortable and the house temperature was perfect. We would highly recommend.

Great multigenerational stay in Portugal

Perfect place to stay for our family trip to Portugal. The beach was just a short drive away. This place had everything we needed for our 2 week stay in Portugal. It was clean, well equipped and the pool was loved by all.

We definitely had a good time with two families. Enough space for everyone and countless beaches within short distance driving. The house was clean and had everything in it. But I think it's fair to say (as described in reviews before) that the owners should take a bit more care of the house. Rusty gate, dirty walls, empty garden… it looks like it could easily be fixed and come back to “luxury” like the whole neighborhood. (Very clean, quiet and close to the woods)

Etwas vernachlässigtes Objekt

Haus war grundsätzlich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es machte allerdings den Eindruck, dass sich wenig gekümmert wird, einige Dinge wirkten vernachlässigt und zum Teil defekt (Haustür). Der Geruch war etwas modrig und altes wirkte etwas klamm. Die Straße wirkte insgesamt sehr kühl von der Atmosphäre und fast etwas verlassen!

Séjour agréable

La propriété est charmante. Environnement calme, maison fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol du séjour concerne la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en toute tranquillité car le liner était décollé et nous n'avons été avertis du problème qu'au moment de l'arrivée. Néanmoins je recommande cette location.

Adoramos a estadia pena ser pouco tempo A Piscina estava optima agua quente,nao estavamos a espera Aconselho casa muito funcional Apenas um reparo acho que as casas de banho estao trocadas ou seja a base chuveiro deveria estar no res chao para as pessoas com mais dificuldades...apenas esse reparo

Superbe villa, très bien entretenue et moderne, conforme au photos. Rien a redire, je recommande !

La villa est situé dans un petit village très beau, au calme, loin de l agitation des grandes villes, le matin nous nous réveillons avec le chant des coqs cet1it très agréable. La villa est très belle et tres propre, piscine pareille, tout était très bien entretenu ! La villa se situe à moins de 10 minutes en voitures de Nazaré. Je recommande ce logement sans problème. Tout était très bien.
