With a view of the Aegean Sea, the villa Sofia in Naxos is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 95 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
This villa features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor area with a pool and children's pool.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

#### Herrliche Tage in der Villa Sofia

Die großzügige Villa in ruhiger Lage bot viel Platz für die 5-köpfige Familie, war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Außenbereich mit toller Dachterrasse und Blick aufs Meer. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die recht unterschiedliche Raumqualität der beiden Schlafzimmer (Fenster, Ausblicke).Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter lebte auch auf dem Grundstück, war für alle Fragen offen und stets um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Es gab eine kleine nahegelegene naturnahe Strandbucht in fußläufiger Entfernung; weiterhin war in ca. 5 Fußminuten längs einer kleinen Straße eine Hotelanlage mit großzügiger Poollandschaft und kleiner Bar für die Gäste der Villa kostenlos benutzbar.Die vielfältigen in wenigen Autominuten entfernten Strände muteten fast karibisch an und waren gut bewirtschaftet einschließlich diverser Lokalitäten.Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können den Aufenthalt in der Villa nur empfehlen!
