The villa  
features one (1) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom located on the first  
floor, offering a sense of elevated privacy and direct access to a serene outdoor  
terrace with a built-in couch--a perfect spot to unwind and take in sweeping  
views of the island. The other two (2) bedrooms, each with their own  
en-suite bathrooms, are located on the ground floor, providing  
convenient access to the living areas and poolside spaces.  
Step inside  
to discover a bright and airy interior where spacious design meets understated  
elegance. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen  
with a central kitchen island, ideal for social cooking, breakfasts, or
