This villa is one of four detached villas, which are built in a half circle, so that each villa has a front-row position and commands a clear view to the sea.

The villa is a two-story building with dome, white washed walls and blue shutters.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin (2 single beds), shower/wc, and a veranda that overlooks the mountains. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The top floor has one double bedroom (queen size bed), and a bathroom w/bath tub. Bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

On that same floor is a living room, dining area and kitchen.
Kitchen is fully equipped: full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
There is a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a television, DVD player, fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Washing machine.

WIFI access.

Ample outdoor space and wonderful views to the sea.

The living room opens onto an outdoor breakfast/dining patio with pergola. A few steps down lead to the garden, and a sheltered area with a built-in barbeque.

Off to one side & accessed through the living area, is a swimming pool (8.5m x 3m) and a sitting area with sun beds, built-in sofas and pergola.

Between the bedroom & bathroom there is a back door, which opens onto a covered veranda facing the mountains.

Roof top terrace for star gazing and yoga..

Minimum rental period: 5 days.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 4-6 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
Car rental is essential!
