The room was comfortable and had a stove top so we were able to cook some meals. There were plenty of small supermarkets around to buy food and alcohol. The room had air conditioning which we needed. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the most gorgeous Saint George Beach. Julian's mother kindly brought me some koulorakia, cake and the best orange marmalade I have ever tasted! So lovely! It is wonderful to stay and feel truly welcome as a guest. The property is in a great location, about a 12 minute walk from the port. We did a cooking class during our stay as well as a boat tour with adventure seaze both were fantastic. Our favorite restaraunts were Lucullus Tavern and Naxos Bakery! Julian, his mother, and the other staff were the picture of Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for the area, kept us comfortable, and helped us every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond and made our stay in Naxos wonderful. Shower head and taps in the bathroom constantly leaked and the bathroom wasn’t easy to move around in so we often had to use the kitchen instead. The floor often felt quite dirty despite the room being cleaned during the day. Julian was very helpful and he and his father were very friendly. Property is easily walkable from the port and the beach is less than 5 min walk away. Julian and his mum Sofia are very lovely people. I could not imagine having any better hosts. They really care about you and do everything to make sure that you have the best stay at the hotel. The hotel is spotless clean and very well located. Just 2 min walk to the closest beach and 10 min walk to the center / port etc. The studio itself was very nice, there was a small kitchenette where you can find everything you need for cooking. The style of the property it a traditional Greek style.
