"Perfect location! It was walkable to the beach, which my priority when vacationing with my family of four. We love the beach and warm water! The cliff walk was a 9 minutes walk, beautiful scene, nice relaxing walk. The mansions were 5 minutes drive, Newport downtown, nice restaurants and good vibes all around! We loved our time there, great time!"

"Every summer we rent a home for our family vacation, so we can all be together. We love Newport so decided to give Middletown a try. We had a great time. The house was very centrally located, near restaurants and the beach, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very child friendly as we have quite a few grandchildren. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. "
"My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. The 3 bedrooms worked out great for the 3 of us, but the house would also work for a family or several couples. Bryan, the host, graciously offered some great recommendations for restaurants and bars for us to check out and we also took advantage of some of the great state park trails and the infamous Cliff Walk. In addition, we had a furbaby with us, and he loved roaming the fenced in yard (as pictured). The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of cooking utensils, however, we didn't take much advantage of this, but is a great option should that be a need. And the bathroom had some high-end steam and other technologies to give yourself a more spa-like experience.Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to spend some time in the area.
