"My room did not have a view. What was subpar was the bed to begin. Next, the tv was not across from the bed but to the left wall which made it very awkward to watch tv at all. Last but not least, the floors were so uneven, I could not wait to leave the room."

"Stayed here for two nights after booking through Hotels.com. At check-in I was asked for my credit card and noticed later a pending $600 on my card and I when I asked for clarification, I got a rude reply by the manager (Kim) that it was only a temporary authorization that would be removed after checkout. After my stay, a charge of approximately $550 fully posted to my card instead which I was told wouldn’t happen. I called and spoke with the same manager. During the call I was repeatedly interrupted, but after some time the charge had been removed. Another issue was housekeeping. I was informed housekeeping would be provided daily, but my room was never serviced during the stay. When I brought this up to the manager during the call she interrupted and asked if i left a do not disturb sign on the door. I did not. When I requested to speak to upper management, she falsely stated that I used foul language towards her and hanged up the phone on me. Called later, manager told me that I could speak with the general manager on Monday and hanged up the phone on me again. Overall its a beautiful location and rooms are pleasant. Unfortunately, it is frustrating after spending 600 dollars for a two night stay to experience indifference from this manager on the very first interaction, redirection of blame, and dishonesty to cover her end when attempting to contact someone above her."

"We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay in this home for wedding weekend. Sara was quick to respond to us throughout booking and during our stay. The house looked even better in person! Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was super convenient to downtown Newport. Thank you again!"

"This is a nice hotel in a good area close to Eastons beach. Price on Expedia didn't reflect the new "resort tax" that RI is charging this year. Significant increase. "

"This place was perfect and cozy for a relaxing stay around Newport. Communication was great, rooms were spotless, and it was just what we needed for our weekend adventure!"

"Upon arrival I was told they had wrongly given away my room to another guest. Not a good start. Worse, they offered to correct it by asking the wrongful inhabitants to leave. That would not have been a good scene. Instead they showed me two less-desirable rooms. We had to settle. No apologies, no offer to compensate me for their mistake and the displacement, no outreach from the management to discuss. A pretty poorly run place that was a little dirty, unkept (rusting baseboard heaters is embarrassing for their room rates), and could care little about their reputation. I would avoid."

"The house was very clean and well stocked with general supplies. The lawn, location and locations were all great! We had one communication with Julie and her response was quick and helpful. Nothing negative here."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Newport! The property was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with ease, and the bathrooms were just as thoughtfully equipped with plenty of essentials.It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space and making sure guests have everything they need. The attention to detail really stood out and made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Newport!"
