"Very happy with our stay. Spoke with the host prior to our visit and she answered all my questions. I brought my own coffee maker because I prefer it over the supplied Kureg. There is a BBQ grill, but you might want to bring BBQ tools. Quick walk to the beach or into town to places like Flo's restaurant."

"Easton beach house is an excellent rental opportunity just outside of Newport. Close to beaches and thriving center of Newport. We enjoyed the accommodations. Definitely would consider it again in the future!!"

"Steve the host was very responsive and very flexible to our fluid logistical needs. The house and property were clean and turn key. We particularly enjoyed the back patio and yard for relaxing morning coffee and light ocean breezes. Parking was ample, and the neighbors and neighborhood were fantastic. Easy to walk down to Tickets to watch World Cup, or to the beach to enjoy the Surf and Sand. Just far away enough from Newport to avoid the busy summer traffic, but close enough to walk if you wanted."
