"The location is wonderful! Can’t beat it. The size of the room is very good. I like that there is a refrigerator and option for coffee. (They serve fresh coffee in the lobby but it was nice to have a Keurig in the room) the bathroom was sub-par. Had to remove the stopper in the sink because water wouldn’t drain. It stayed shut. The shower was extremely tired. Cheap, Lyme build up on shower head. We did not use it. The hotel itself needs updating. For $600 for one night I expected more. But… I love the location."

"Our family had a great stay! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also great, and the ladies working there were fabulous. Parking was easy. We would definitely come back if we were in the area again."

"Really nice cottage and beautiful grounds including the pool. It was great to be able yo walk over to the Winery next door for food & drinks. Like that it is away from the hustle of the waterfront but easy to go into the heart of Newport when we wanted. Would stay here again when returning to Newport."

"Love this place - have stayed here several years in a row and it gets better each time. We were in the suites building in a king suite that was basically 2 bedrooms with the kitchenette/bathroom in the middle. It was perfect for our family, location cannot be beat for proximity to the beach. Deck is lovely, pool is lovely, all of Newport is so convenient."

"We had a great stay at this location, it’s very convenient and centrally located. There were a bunch of great lunch spots, coffee options and shopping. It was great being able to bring our cars and the kitchen was brand new. The bedrooms were light and bright and all the finishes were good! I would recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the smaller rooms as they can be bright in the morning, but the primary has great blackout curtains. We were a group of 6 adults and we fit very comfortably. Chandler was a good host and easily reached."

"Loved this home and its location too! The home is new and well stocked with everything we needed, including great coffee and welcoming wine. All of us agreed we would highly recommend to our friends and families. We enjoyed a charming puzzle and playing Tridominos in the evenings and making great breakfasts and grilling too. Delightful cottage for a relaxing stay close to everything! Thank you so much!"
