"I don't usually stay at Comfort Inn or hotels in this category. However I was more than pleasantly surprised to the cleanliness and friendliness and overall attention to detail from the room to the breakfast. I stayed at a brand new Saint Regis last month and didn't see anywhere near the attention to detail that this place and staff provided. Well done I would not hesitate to stay again."

"It is a beautiful building. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Large room, large balcony with view. Bed was comfortable. Continues coffee and tea. Cookies set out at 6:00 each evening. Breakfast buffet was free across street at Der Dutchman. It was a perfect stay."

"My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee. Would've been great to know that the first day. I think hotel was nice but location is tough and parking situation was terrible: "

"What a very nicw hotel stay . My family was there for 2 nights. I am an ohio native moved away and back enjoyed my time with family. Breakfast was wonderful both days. Pool was nice and clean. Beds were clean comfortable and warm"

"We have been staying at this place since it opened. Probably 25-30 times. It started as Zinc’s Inn. Back then it was more accommodating than now. They had snacks every night and the people could talk and play games and just socialize. I asked if they still had snacks. They said that because of Covid they stopped this. Covid was over many years ago. Just an excuse to save money. They no longer have the cards that they stamped that if you stayed so many nights you could get a free night. They no longer clean your room every day. Clean towels only if you request them. They need to spend some money on replacing the bathtub faucets. They are the same ones that were installed when the place was built. They are so hard to operate especially with older people who have arthritis in their hands. Even hard for younger people. Even new mattresses would be better than the ones they have now. It’s always very clean and the cheapest option. It surely isn’t the same as when it started as Zinc’s Inn. "
