Ran into a family issue and attempted to cancel in less than 24 hours after booking and couldn’t (unfortunately booked in 14 day cancellation period). We booked for later dates since we couldn’t cancel. The check-in process was easy. The house layout was spacious and comfortably fit 7 of us. Location is pretty; there is a water view between two other houses. The house was not clean. The floors were very dirty, towels were stained, dishes were not clean, and the showers had mold on the floor. We bought Clorox to clean the shower floors. A lot of the chairs were broken and wobbly.
