Please note, the kitchen faucet must be on and touched in order for the water to flow. Pool maintenance visits the property every Monday morning. Hurricane Patio Doors: Make sure the the bottom lock is unlocked, pull the door towards you and lift the handle up. While the handle is in the up position, unlock the top lock and the door opens. Pet Fee is $150\. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be bagged and tied securely and all 4 locks must be clipped. There was a vacuum laying on the ground at the front entrance, sand still on the couch, the bath had something in it, an already opened bottle of mouth wash left in the bathroom, and the water hose was left on dripping in the pool. The ladder to the bunk beds was detached, laying against the bed as if it was actually attached and my daughter almost fell backward as she didn’t notice it was not attached. The kids said the bunk beds were wobbly as well. Also had a hole in the fence that my dogs crawled through but the neighbors were chill about it. Quiet place and close to town though. The pool is kind of rough on the skin and gave us a few cuts, also not very deep or as big as the picture makes it look but the kids still loved it. And beware of the military training, the booms were a surprise when we first heard them.
