Private Sound front home with dock, beach, community pool, and tennis court BRING YOUR BOAT! Your perfect island getaway starts the minute you pull up to this tropical oasis. Sitting directly on the Sound, you have your own private beach, boat slip, and dock. Cast your reel and grill your catch just outside your door! This beautifully appointed home in a gated community is brand new to the rental market. All new furnishings, bedding, and everything you need to make this the perfect getaway vacation. Upon entering, you will be captivated by the water view from the wall of windows that lead out to your private deck. The open concept floor plan allows your entire group to be together while cooking in the gourmet kitchen (SS appliances, gas stove, high-end cabinetry, and marble countertops), dining, catching a show on the large screen TV, or just watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal. There is gorgeous new flooring (NO carpeting) throughout. This main floor also features a king bedroom with a full bath and a jetted tub. A large full-sized laundry room is off the kitchen. Up one flight (on the floating stairs) is the enormous king-sized primary bedroom with a large en suite bath. The tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks set the tone for luxury. There is also a separate water closet. A trundle bed, sleeping 2, is also in the primary bedroom if you want to keep the little ones close! There is also a private sound front deck. Down the hall is the third bedroom with another king and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also a small private waterview balcony off this bedroom. On the ground level, there is a small "game" room, with 2 twin pull-out chairs/beds, large flat screen TV, a half bath, and access to the backyard. A propane grill is also here for your use. There is garage parking for 1 car, and driveway parking for 2 more. Note that no street parking is permitted in this neighborhood. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day playing in the sand and surf Just a 2-minute walk to the community pool and tennis court, and the Gulf beach is a short 10-minute walk away. The owners have added a kayak and a paddleboard to enjoy during your stay! This is a non-pet-friendly home; smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. This house live up to all of my expectations and more. From the moment we walked in the door we was happy we chose this place. Then you walk up the first flight of stairs and see the spectacular view then that take you to another whole level of WOW! After seeing the first level I didn't think it could get any better so we walked up to the second level to the master bedroom room we was all amazed of the spectacular view from each angle of the room. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach was calm and perfect for the younger ones. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The entire process was simple and communication was great. Clean, great location, easy access to and from the water on both sides. plenty of amenities for working in kitchen, doing laundry, riding bikes and kayaks finding shells and just an overall great time! Reviewer Comments: Impeccably maintained property. So clean, the extra equipment like paddle board and life jackets were like new. The mattresses and bedding were high quality. The only complaint was the 9am check out. That’s tough to clear out a 2600sq ft house so quickly in the morning. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fairly private which is exactly what we were looking for to avoid the summer crowds. We were pleasantly pleased with the onsite amenities(kayak, paddleboard, bicycles, private beach area, fishing pier, cornhole game, beach toys, etc.) One of the bicycles had a broken pedal which limited the full family bike ride, but we notified the property manager and they were responsive and apologetic, so hopefully this will be repaired for the next guests. Although the checkout time of 9am is a bit earlier than all other properties we've visited, I would still recommend this great property - specifically, if you're to looking to enjoy some peaceful, private relaxation! ##### Liza N.
