  • Penthouse, 17th Floor, unit newly renovated with all new appliances, lighting, mattresses, furniture, shutters, and paint. Take your vacation to the next level with an upgrade to luxury. This is a beautiful Gulf-front (Gulf and Sound views) unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 8 comfortably. Relax in the primary bathroom's jetted tub that has spectacular views of the Gulf. Have fun in the only Olympic-sized swimming pool on the island and breathe in the salty air poolside or on your private oversized balcony. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
