Welcome to your ideal Navarre Beach retreat—a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom private home perfectly situated just steps directly across the street from the Gulf with breathtaking views of the water.
Property Highlights:
Spacious Open Floor Plan: The main level features a large open kitchen, living, and dining area with large windows and high ceilings. Enjoy well-appointed kitchen. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and wireless internet for your entertainment. Elevator takes you from the ground floor to first floor.
Outdoor Living:
The large front porch provide generous spaces for relaxation and entertaining directly across from the Gulf. Perfect for savoring breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a large carport area perfect for entertaining or holding events.
Sleeping Arrangements:
First Floor: There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom suite with Queen bed and adjoining private full bath. Guest bedroom #1 with Queen bed, Guest bedroom #2 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower. Guest bedroom #3 with Queen and Single bed. Guest bedroom #4 with Queen bed facing the Gulf. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower.
Second Floor: Large family room with TV and games, includes a daybed with pull out trundle bed. Guest bedroom #5 with Queen and Single bed, shared full bathroom off of hallway.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
Ideal for families, the home comes stocked with kid-friendly amenities, includes a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and toys are provided for your use. bikes, and a paddleboard (a $500 refundable deposit is required).
Local Attractions:
Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This home is centrally located, so you can drive to the pier and beaches within a few minutes. For a day of adventure, Juana’s offers bodyboarding, personal watercraft, bike, and boat rentals. Navarre is a short drive, only 2 miles away, and offers shopping and dining.

Great place! We will definitely go again! There was plenty of room and being right across from the beach access was perfect! Being able to see the ocean and the sound, particularly at sunset was an added bonus. Plenty of towels and toys and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and we cooked every night! Everyone agreed it was perfect!
