Hart’s Landing is a luxurious, modern and fresh three-bedroom, three-bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to eight people. You’ll find space to park two cars in the driveway and laminate floors throughout the home. The primary bedroom is on the third floor. It has its own balcony with a view of the canal and Santa Rosa Sound. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV thanks to the complimentary Wi-Fi. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the ensuite bathroom, featuring a quartz-topped vanity with built-in makeup table. The second bedroom is on the second floor. It also has balcony access with a view of the neighborhood and a Smart TV. A second full bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combination is available for those occupying this bedroom. A third bedroom and a linked full common bath with tub/shower combination and single, quartz-topped vanity are also on the second level. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible to those in the living room and the kitchen.
