The moment you walk in, the sweeping, unobstructed Gulf views through the wall of windows and the spacious private deck will put you in instant relaxation mode. The open-concept layout on the main floor is designed for togetherness, whether you’re cooking meals, playing games, or simply soaking up the view of the emerald-green water and soaring seagulls. A large flat-screen TV anchors the cozy living space, and there’s plenty of room to dine with two tables that each seat six, plus a breakfast bar with seating for ten. This level also features a king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf views and a private en suite bath. Down the hall, one bedroom offers two queen beds and shares a full bath across the hall. On the opposite side of the home are two more bedrooms—each with two queen beds—and a third full bath in between. A full-sized laundry room completes this floor for added convenience. Upstairs, a second living space invites you to kick back and relax. Multiple couches face another large flat-screen TV, and a table for four is perfect for board games or cards. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer more stunning Gulf views, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Also on this floor are two additional bedrooms, each with two queen beds. They share a Jack-and-Jill style full bath, making five full bathrooms in total—each with a tub/shower combo. Every bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. A private dune crossover leads you straight to the sand, making it easy to set up your beach gear and get your toes in the water. After a day of sun and surf, fire up the gas grill for a seaside dinner. With parking for 10 cars, there’s space for everyone to come together. This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not permitted inside or on the property, and events are not allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. Big Daddy once hosted his large family and friends at this beloved beach house each year. It was a home filled with laughter, relaxation, and reconnection. Great lay-out with upstairs and downstairs living areas. Our group was 10 adults and 7 kids, ages 3 to 11, and we didn't feel crowded at all. Something we didn't expect, was the fun that the little ones had, playing in the sand and finding shells in the area next to the stilts,(under the house), which was mostly in the shade. And the outdoor shower (hot and cold water) was so helpful! We have been coming to the Gulf Coast (mostly Destin) since 1987 ( we have only missed 3 years int that time frame), but this was by far one of the best. The house was perfect and just steps from the beach. It was clean and well furnished for a large group. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a large family. We had one issue due to the freezing weather which was fixed within a couple of hours of my calling. Blue Moon staff is very responsive and courteous. The beach is gorgeous and there are awesome sunrises and sunsets! Reviewer Comments: We love Navarre Beach, and on paper and in the photos, Big Daddy's seemed to fit the needs of our family as far as floor plan and bedroom allotments go. The house was clean, and had plenty of kitchen items and all of the things that we needed to enjoy our stay. However, they have replaced the floor on the main level with gray plank flooring, which is poorly installed and has gaps visible between the planks. When we opened kitchen drawers in the island there was a mildewy smell. The bathrooms, though clean and useful, are older and small. I just feel like, for the price they were asking, that the house was not comparable in quality to others we've stayed in. If you're going to ask that much money, pay a professional who will do a good job installing your floors and don't have a loose outlet at the base of the kitchen island. ##### Florence P.
