The beds are comfy foam. The bathrooms are very pretty and modern. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook a great meal. The balcony has nice sturdy furniture. There are a few restaurants a little out of walking range but everything is easy to get to from this location in a car or bike. The condo was great. Right on the ocean with direct beach access. Our family loves Navarre Beach Florida, and we always try to make it down at least once a year. The Sundunes bldg is our favorite in Navarre. Can't beat the location and the condo is great! We would love to rent again, but mgt company was less than ideal.After checking our CC account 3 weeks before trip, we realized we had been TRIPLE charged for 2nd payment. No one let us know of their billing error! I called them immediately & was asked to send a screenshot of our CC statement & was told Acctg would get back to them. Acctg then admitted their error & thankfully refunded us back the 2 charges within a week's time. No one ever apologized for this error! How would they not have known!2 hours before 4:00 check-in, mgt company texts us to provide our ages, copies of our drivers license & registration of car or they wouldn't provide lock key code. I asked why are they just now asking for this. The person said the other agent dropped the ball. Clearly there are issues with this mgt company, at least in our experience. As far as the condo goes, the only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. On day 2-3, I did text someone about it, they sent a repairman over who couldn’t determine the problem & said they would have to get someone else out & could not provide timeframe to expect them, so I said never mind. They did bring us bags of ice, after we had bought our own. With this being said, our friends had rented this same condo a year ago and the ice maker didn't work then either. You couldn’t beat the ocean view, the bed was comfortable, the decor and scenery in the condo were modern and perfect.This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old daughter. Although we didn’t run into any issues, I feel like this condo is better suited for anyone that doesn’t have toddlers. It was a little tricky understanding the check in process but after that it was all perfect. The condo was clean and just as described with great views from the balcony and perfect access for the beach. Will definitely book again. The water was clear and beautiful during our stay. We had a great time visiting the pier and loved the restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ##### Keri S. The couch was brick hard, the iron didn't work, the blender was broken, the guest shower door was sitting in the floor. While we were out one day there was a note stating someone had been in to put a shower curtain up as it laid in the floor. Being there were only the 2 of us we didn't need the addt'l bathroom so that was ok but it would be nice to have had the blender and iron. The condo was clean and decorated nice, we had a great time, no place is perfect and the check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. The rental price was fair and we had a great time, we would stay here again. ##### Kristy T. About half the outlets in the front bedroom did not work. No guide for how to operate tv anywhere to be found t televisions in every room were different channels.
