Gorgeous Gulf Front Condo in Beach Colony July 8-12 available

Gorgeous condo with huge balcony overlooking the white sands of Navarre Beach.
This beautifully furnished two bedroom two bath condo features a jacuzzi tub overlooking the gulf. The large master bedroom has a glass door overlooking the balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the living area has a queen sleeper. It features stainless appliances, granite countertops and tile floors throughout.
The largest pool on the island will be yours to enjoy as well as a workout room.

Beach Colony Condos never disappoint. Best place to stay in quiet, laid-back Navarre. Between half the time on the beach and half the time on the balcony, nothing compares to the relaxing time we had. Thank you!

Nice and well kept condo!

The condo was clean and had everything you would need. The beach was not busy, which was nice. Lots of people at the pool but going early was the best way to avoid crowds. We liked the area since this was our first time visiting.

Second stay was just as wonderful!

We had such a great time last year that we came back again this year. We had just as wonderful of an experience. We had everything we needed and the check in/check out was a smooth process. Location is perfect if staying Navarre. Can’t wait to return next year as this has become a tradition for us. Thanks to Alene who was a great host!

4 day getaway

been coming to navarre yearly for 20 years - have always stayed at the pearl before but decided to try beach colony. the condo was very nice, clean etc. The biggest plus to beach colony is the size of the balcony. Only negative was the only ice maker was the door of the refrigerator. Beds, pillows, furniture all comfortable. very well stocked.

A little bit of heaven

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as described. To sit on this balcony and watch the ocean and the sunsets could not be better. So many of the condos down there have such small skinny balconies that are in full sun. This unit was just as perfect as it could be.

Very clean condo in a nice, secure, building close to the beach. Instructions for some things need updating for accuracy but host was quick to respond to questions. Balcony was not private due to location of condo and design of the building. Overall great stay. We plan to return.

Best Condi

We love this condo and will definitely be back! The owner was extremely nice and was very quick to respond to questions. Everything about the condo was amazing and is the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony could not have been more beautiful and the pool is huge. We saw lots of sea turtles from the pier and saw some babies come out of the sand after hatching. This was the best week and was just what our family needed.

Amazing!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. From being able to have access to the owners closet with all the beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys to having a wonderful table on the porch with two chaise, lounges to relax and watch the afternoon sunset. We had never visited this beach before and it was absolutely breathtaking. The water felt fabulous and the wildlife was so awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to come back. We just don’t know when yet.

Condo was great, especially the oversized balcony. Just be forewarned, especially if you're traveling in a larger vehicle, that the parking is TIGHT! Wonderful trip, definitely want to do it again!
