GAME ROOM ADDED INCLUDING FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, AND CUSTOM ARCADE!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Li'Am (leave them) Worries Behind is named for our son, Liam, and is the perfect family friendly beach home! Three bedrooms, 2 baths and this home is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing beach! The master has a King size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with our bunk room. The bunk room features two bunk beds with twin size beds. All four walls and the ceiling in the bunk room are painted as an under the sea theme. The kids will love it! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa available as well. Li'Am Worries Behind can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with max occupancy at 10 including children. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

Sometimes items may need repaired/replaced and may not be available. The golf cart is guaranteed with the beach package, everything else is extra. Refunds won't be given unless the golf cart is unavailable.

*This property has security cameras located outside, at each door.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed here multiple times and love it every time! The house is incredibly comfortable and cozy. I love that it is close to beach access and that you can see the ocean from the porch even though you're a street back.

Great Place to Stay

A perfect get-away

We loved staying here. Beautiful and clean accommodations, a very short walk to the beach, the game room proved very valuable on our rainy days, and, the firepit with ample seating and swings, made for some magical nights, enjoying the fire and watching the stars! We'll be back for sure!

Off Peak Quick Getaway

The house was a perfect weekend getaway with our kids and parents. We decided last minute to take a long weekend and so glad we chose this place as it was well stocked with great amenities and we stayed busy with games, the outdoor swings, and foosball table.

Relaxing and Fun!

Our family really enjoyed this home for our vacation in Navarre this year. The game room and outside areas were a hit with both the older and younger kids and there was plenty of room for all of our family to get together for a nice dinner.

Perfect for our family, would stay again

The house layout was perfect for our family with a large open concept and the bedrooms tucked away on the sides. We were impressed with how clean the house was and felt very comfortable during our stay. Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this beach house. Super clean and accommodating. The game room was a big hit with our girls and we loved the option to purchase the beach package. Great Location

The home was cute and well stocked, it was just enough space for our family of 5. The kids loved getting to ride on the golf cart each day. We loved the fire pit area and the swings. The beach access was super convenient, and close to the house. This was our first trip to Navarre Beach, at the recommendation of a friend, and we loved the area very laid back and not crowded at all. The water and sand are beautiful!

We have stayed here twice now and have loved it both times. The house is great for families. The area is so quiet and peaceful. I love that you can see and hear the ocean even though you are a street back. Everything in the house is clean and comfortable, too. We will definitely be back again!

Relaxing getaway

We rented the house for 5 nights this past April and we loved our time there. The location was perfect for beach access and the golf cart made it even easier to get around. The house had all we needed to hangout in comfort and relax with enough space to spread out and chill, great kitchen, comfy beds, views from the deck, the back yard set up is fantastic for evening fires and of course the beach was beautiful as far as the eye can see. We would love to come again, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!

Perfect beach stay!!

Li’am worries behind was such a great stay for our young family. The children’s room was a hit with the under the sea decor and all of the toys provided! The swing set and backyard sitting area were such nice features as well. The beach nearby was gorgeous and easily walkable (if it’s not too hot!!), and the house was close to everything in Navarre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great beach house

My family and I stayed at this property for the 4th of July. The house was big enough for the whole family with plenty of room. The commute to the beach was just a short walk away and was a very clean beach to go and hang out at. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone. Best experience on the beach!

We are Navarre natives, so our expectations are high. I have to say this is probably the best rental we have experienced on one of our staycations. It was clean, child friendly & fully stocked. My kids loved the playground, game room & sea themed bunk room. It’s also at the quieter end of the beach. Would definitely stay again!
