Around 1 block to the nearest beach access which isn’t a problem for most. Quiet area which is located right before the national seashore- around 3 miles from the bridge/Tom Thumb. Communication from property management could improve. I sent a message after booking, was told they'd get back with me but didn’t receive a follow up. All trip info is included in one of the booking emails they send so be sure to save it because they don’t send emails or messages within a week preceding your stay like the others we’ve booked with. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the pool is just outside and the nearest beach is only a 3 block walk were all pluses. It is a quieter part of the beach - all restaurants, shops, and things to do are a drive. All of the living spaces are clean and tidy. The numerous towel racks are helpful, as is having the washer and dryer available.
