Enjoy the view of the sound from the private balcony and then take a dip in the semi-private pool. You will be minutes away from shops, restaurants, and world-famous white sand beaches. Here on the Emerald Coast, the locals know that the fall and winter are our best kept secrets! The first thing you notice when you drive over the bridge onto Navarre Beach is how breathtakingly beautiful the Emerald Coast really is! As you drive down our little stretch of Santa Rosa Island, you'll notice that you're within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and the quartz sand beaches we are world famous for! Located in a small row of beachy townhomes, this unit is a private 1-bedroom apartment that is charming and cozy. When you walk up the stairs to the home, you'll see the private patio with seating for 2 and a sun umbrella. Inside, the décor welcomes you in with it's vibrant colors and cozy atmosphere. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are on the lower level, with the bedroom, bathroom and closet upstairs. When you step out of the Casita you’re a short walk from the jaw-dropping sugar sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre's 12-mile beach serves as the perfect backdrop for water lovers, shell seekers, sand castle enthusiasts, crab hunters, sun-sleepers, beach readers, nature explorers, paddleboarders, and everything in-between. It is also home to the longest fishing pier in the state of Florida and the entire Gulf Coast! Navarre Beach has long been considered one of Florida's best kept secrets, and although more people fall in love with our little island each year, the area has maintained its coastal charm. We wanted a refreshing trip to rejuvenate and lay on the beach all day. The owner, Courtney, approved our booking request the same day and was extremely kind! Our first impression of the condo was that it was exactly like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We love the decorating style! The bright colors made us feel happy! The beach is just a very short walk across the street, and anything we needed was within walking distance. If I ever had to reach out to the owner, she responded within the hour! All of the neighbors were friendly and we had zero issues with anything. We never had to leave the island during our stay. I will definitely recommend and stay again! ##### Aubrey H. Communication with the hostess leading up to and throughout our stay was phenomenal. Check in was easy and convenient. The location was great right between other areas we wanted to visit, Destin and Pensacola. The neighborhood is quiet and access to the beautiful beach is convenient!! The decor is bright, cheerful, and thoughtfully put together… It was a nice change to your typical crab, mermaid, and dolphin beach decor. Although we enjoyed the local cuisine, if you wanted to stay in and cook, the kitchen was full of all the basic items you would need. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!! The place is really cute and the location is great for the price. It is a short walk to beach access. It has enough kitchen gear to cook a meal. The host was very responsive to our one minor issue.
