"Casa Tortuga" is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath located on the 5th floor is everything you want when going on vacation. With updated appliances and beautiful views Summerwind 502C is the perfect condo. The guest bedroom has two full size beds as well as a flat screen TV. The master bedroom includes a walk in closet, large conjoined bathroom, king size bed and a gorgeous view of Navarre Beach. Enjoy your gulf front balcony where you can take in the sights while enjoying that morning cup of coffee. Relax in one of 3 gulf front pools or hot tubs and exclusive use of the fitness center at the Summerwind Resort. "Casa Tortuga" comes with access to One Private Parking Garage Space \*\*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.\*\*
