Our spacious and beautifully furnished vacation home is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to 12 guests. With direct canal frontage and easy access to the public beaches with pristine white sands, you'll experience the ultimate beachfront living. Navarre Beach is renowned for its natural beauty and tranquility, offering a peaceful escape from the crowds. Come enjoy your next getaway! The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The living room features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that opens to the back deck showcasing the mesmerizing panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the canal. It's the ideal spot to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Our fully equipped galley kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with air fryer equipped double oven range, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals! Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the back deck, where you can savor your meal while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The master bedroom is a tranquil haven with a luxurious king-size bed and 42" TV. The second bedroom also features another king-sized bed and 42" TV. The third bedroom is equally inviting, with comfortable queen-size bed and 42" TV. The fourth bedroom is equipped as a bunk room providing ample sleeping for the whole family. The bunk room features two bunk beds, both full over twin, and additional couch. The bunk room also contains a separate 42" TV which allows guests to connect their personal gaming device to the TV after a long day at the beach! Our home has ample parking for all your extended family and friends. Our canal-front oasis also has plenty of footage for your watercraft trailers while they are tied to our bulkhead and you are enjoying our home. Please note we have a ring front door doorbell to enhance the security of the home. Golf carts are allowed on the island and can be brought in or rented in the area. Observe all local laws and regulations while in the area. Bicycles: Bringing your own bicycles or renting bicycles is a popular and convenient way to get around Navarre Beach. There are bike rental shops in the area where guests can easily pick up a bike and enjoy scenic rides along the beachfront or explore the local neighborhoods. Navarre Beach is a relatively small and walkable community, making it easy to explore on foot. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a comfortable walking distance. My party stayed at their home through the Memorial Day holiday and it was an excellent experience! The house was very clean, all the appliances worked, the seawall was very easy to get in/out of, the AC worked extremely well, the neighbors were very friendly, ans the location is one that you just can’t beat. The beds in the bunk room are decently comfortable but they are the squeakiest beds ever so if you have little kids, maybe want to bunk in the king rooms with them if they are light sleepers. Only one outlet in the bunk room was hard for plugging in a fan and charging devices as it’s high on the wall. Other than that, love that there was a well stocked kitchen!! Long time visitor to Navarre and this house comes with old Florida charm and built to last. The kids and dad, love the canal which provides plenty of things to do when not spending time at the beach. The location....simply doesn't get better, close to the beach while located on the bay. The house has everything you need and is easy to keep clean from the sand and well provisioned. The house is just 5 minutes from the beach, we walked there every single day because it was so close. House was stocked with everything you’d need. Washer and dryer were very useful and the outdoor shower was super convenient. We loved the comfy beds. Overall the house was clean, spacious and it has a very relaxed feel which is what we were looking for on our getaway. Tyler & Meghan were super responsive and it was all great. The overall feel of the home was dingy and outdated, but it was not outright dirty inside. The outside lot was full of trash, broken glass, and animal droppings. The kitchen was small and the only table provided was tiny with flimsy chairs. There are only two bathrooms, the outside shower should not count as it is a glorified water hose. We also had issues during our stay with the electric in one of the bedrooms. The host had an electrician come during our stay and it still did not resolve the issues.
