Minute walk to the beach and even shorter distance to the pools. Beautiful views and comfortable clean condo. Property owner was very attentive to our needs during the hurricane that was east of us. The views were stunning and all of the amenities in the condo were superb. Our hosts communicated well with us prior and during our stay. The Pearl is a great location within walking distance of any of the restaurants on the beach. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again. ##### Edward A. The condo is clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the view and the sounds of the gulf. The building is well kept and parking was a breeze. The balcony view is always amazing and a great way to view the beach and sea life (we viewed rays and dolphins). Kim is a fantastic host and always has top notch communication. Our family loved our stay at Sunset Cove! The views from the balcony are amazing! The beach was perfect and the water was beautiful and clear! We also enjoyed spending time at the pools (nice there are 2 so it never gets too crowded). The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was excellent.
