Bimini House is a new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home that has everything a family could ever possibly want in a vacation home! This stunning beach home will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience!

Bimini House offers those extras that a vacationer only dreams about: an elevator, a spacious resort style private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, golf cart, 4 hole putt putt golf course and ping pong table, plus so much more!

The golf cart does require a refundable $500 deposit and a non-refundable $50 maintenance fee. There is information on the garage wall near the golf cart that explains how to access the golf cart upon check-in.

Large screen TV`s and Wireless Internet throughout.

Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (13) beach chairs for your convenience.

Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42` soft-close cabinets; and a beautiful dining table to accommodate large families.

Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

This home makes for the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home!

The designer in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The hot tub on the balcony is the perfect spot to soak and take in the views of beautiful Navarre Beach.
The pool is NOT heated.

Family beach trip

Great house for the family. Beach was an easy walk, pool was great and enjoyed the hot tub. Elevator made it easy to get stuff up and down. Would stay here again.

Fall Break.

Had a great stay during October 13-20. Great house, great host, and great beach. Enough room for all of us and loved the bottom part of house where kids could play and hang out. Loved the ping pong table.

Beautiful home for family reunion

We absolutely loved staying at the Bimini House! It was beautiful inside and the beach was beautiful outside! So much to do for everyone and so much space with every bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen truly was fully stocked and we were even able to make a thanksgiving meal while there. We all really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

Amazing beach house!

Our favorite beach house! 5 star stay! So detailed oriented, clean, beautiful, etc etc! It rained every single day but the awesome amenities kept the smiles on our faces! Especially the ping pong table! The golf cart was handy only because we had small children (4 under 5yrs old) but the walk is super close to the beach! Will definitely stay again, thank you!

The Bimini House was fantastic! There was never a dull moment, between the beautiful beach steps from the house, to the pool, the spacious decks where many card games were played, this house did not disappoint! The layout was great. Ice machine was an awesome add as well. This place had it all!!

The Bimini house is beautiful. Easy access to the beach, just cross the street and you’re there! The house had everything we needed, from paper towels to beach towels! It was perfect size for our extended family of 10. Michelle was a great host! My only negative is the pool is not heated.

Great Place

Everything worked out well. Great communication from owner and management company. 10 out of 10 would stay there again. Proximity to the public beach access across the street made it work and the kids loved the private pool. Its in shade before lunch so they could avoid the sun for a while. We brought a cornhole set and there was room to play downstairs in the garage area out of the sun. Overall great stay with great hosts.

Amazing Get-Away

What a beautiful property. The property manager, Michelle, went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. A welcome gift basket with things for adults and kids set the tone for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. The house was top notch. The hot tub made the cooler temps refreshing. The ping pong table and putting green gave the kids plenty to do as well. Could not recommend this more. We will definitely be coming back.

Great house, super clean, lots of space! Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. Pool was awesome and so close to the beach. We used the golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach but it’s a very short walk to the parking lot. Definite 5 star stay and very helpful host and property manager. Our family of 12 had plenty of room. My mom has a hard time with stairs and the elevator was wonderful for her and excellent for luggage and groceries as well. Lots of extras and details. Recommend!

Great house amenities and location

One of the nicest houses we have rented. Numerous things to do right at the house including pool, hottub, badminton, ping pong, mini golf green, and video game table. There was a golf cart but it was not really needed as only 5 min walk to the beach. There was also an elevator which helped bringing in suitcases and groceries. Would be perfect for eldery guests. Owner was very responsive and left a nice welcome basket of wine, snacks, etc.. everything very comfortable including the bedding and outside chairs and sofas. Would love to return and would highly recommend.

The Bimini House was absolutely beautiful and the furnishings were impressive. Michelle and Diane were great to work with and the little extras scattered throughout the house were impressive. Everyone loved the pool, the hot tub, the large deck, the volleyball court and of course, the golf cart. Our families enjoyed taking the golf cart across the street to the public beach parking and the beach was never crowded like at a condo. Our family of 10 rated this property a 10 star, but VRBO said 5 was the maximum. Be ready to be impressed by the Bimini House, we sure were !!!

Perfect Home Away From Home!

This house was fantastic. It fit 10 (5 couples) of us perfectly. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The pool was the perfect size for an evening/night swim! The back porch was perfect to stargaze and watch the meteor shower! It is a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with an ice machine. We will definitely be staying here again. Communication about checkin and checkout were provided promptly and quick responses to any questions or comments. There is an elevator in this property that made it super accessible to everyone and helped after a long day at the beach. 100% would recommend this property!

LOVED THIS HOUSE!!!

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had and could have had a few more and still would have been comfortable. It had a couple minor issues (roach in bathroom downstairs and smell in upper master bath) but overall was great!! My only dislike which is personal and nothing to do with the house, it would be nice to of had a clorine pool instead of salt water. This house has all the dishes/cookware you could need, PLENTY of plates/cups etc. there was salt and pepper, seasonings, ect. in the pantry. Has many appliances such as blender, large toaster, air fyer/convection oven, etc. Wonderful place overall. not much of a view from most balconies but very quite neighborhood, peaceful in the mornings and seemed overall a friendly place to be!
