Second Floor Studio , Directly On The Sound, 2 Blocks From Gulf. Navarre beach is located about halfway between Ft Walton and Pensacola Beach on a quiet stretch of Santa Rosa Island. It is a quiet relaxing community with that laid back island atmosphere. There is plenty to do in Navarre or you can choose to just lay on the beautiful white sandy beaches. They are so white it looks like snow in the moonlight. Navarre Beach has very little commercialism, but there is still plenty of activities available. Juana Pagoda's is the local restaurant with wonderful food and local night spot, there is always something going on there. Beach volleyball, jet skiing, sailing, scooter rentals, kayak rentals, local bands, etc. You name it and it is usually available. There is also a great children's park in Navarre Beach. The children will absolutely love it. The National Seashore adjoins Navarre Beach to the west and you won't find a more beautiful drive. No commercialism at all in the National Seashore just you and the beautiful beaches. The complex has a private fishing pier for the fisherman in the family. It is also a great spot to enjoy those awesome sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound. Spectacular!!! The private beach is great for adults and little ones alike. It is definitely a boater and beach lover's dream! It can be a very romantic setting to say the least. This is a quiet family oriented complex that is very safe for the single traveler or single parent also. Navarre is known as "Florida's Best Kept Secret" and if you visit you will see why. There are several guests who keep coming back year after year to enjoy the tranquil beauty of Navarre. We have stayed at numerous units in this condo, and this one is definitely one of the best! It is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, even with some beach items. The shower was awesome, endless hot water! I’m not sure why everyone commented about the shower and couldn’t figure it out. The plumber accidentally reversed the hot and cold water lines, so hot is cold and cold is hot. There were a few comments about people not being able to figure out the shower, so I wanted to clear that up. The shower is awesome and has tankless water heater! We love this place because of the great location. You are right on the Sound and have a great pier, pavilion with charcoal grills, outside shower and faucets to rinse the sand and salt off, elevators, carts to help move all your luggage, pool, and it’s an easy walk to the best and last public beach access. The parking lot seemed a lot more full on this stay compared to previous stays. People are renting golf carts from Sage, and that is taking up some extra spots. The awesome field that was next door to the condos is sadly being built on right now. There is construction noise that started around 7am and they worked all 7 days. They were working on the roads. Soon the construction of the houses will begin. Just be aware of that, wasn’t a problem for us, but there is going to be construction noise for the next year probably. Navarre Beach is definitely getting busier, but it is still the perfect spot!!! Enjoy this beautiful condo! ##### Chad M. The property owner Joe was very communicative and answered any questions I had. The condo was in a wonderful location. Navarre has quickly become our favorite beach weve ever visited. Plenty on beachfront access, it wasn't crowded and plenty of things to do within a 30 minute drive. Coming to Navarre for the first time, we did not know the layout of the island. Turns out, the location of our place was perfect: close to the National Seashore, close to beaches. The condo was quiet and well taken care of. All the essentials you would need were there; even beach chairs for our use. The view could not be beat-- sunsets over the bay were breathtakingly beautiful. On our last morning, we saw a Bald Eagle outside our window fishing at the beach of the bay. So close to the beach! Joe is wonderful to work with. We appreciate all of the restaurant suggestions! None of them disappointed!!! Also the welcome basket was so sweet. Our only issue, which is a personal preference, is the mattress was a little too firm for us. We appreciate all of the beach items. The cart made everything so handy! We will definitely come back to Navarre Beach! The owner made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. When the code to enter the residence did not work, the owner was spot on with giving me a code to gain access during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness of the residence and location were great. We loved our stay. My husband and I went for an anniversary trip. The condo is great for a couple who is looking for relaxation. Short drive to the beach which was perfect.
