Gourmet Ready: A fully stocked kitchen awaits, featuring both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a crock pot, a blender, and a special welcome gift upon your arrival.

We had complimentary chairs on the beach, great beach style furniture, new houseware and cookware, which we appreciated, and it was furnished perfectly for our need for the week. A couple of minor things missing that would have made our stay beyone 5 stars: Amazon Firestick available for all TVs, wooden utensils, a tea kettle, and a cutting board

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AWESOME! Linda Kelson went "above and beyond" to arrange our reservation. Our accommodations in 7A in Beach Colony East were perfect for our needs. We had a fantastic view of the Gulf, and, while the weather didn't cooperate 100% of the time, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Family Gathering and reunion. Having only one elevator operational for the first few days was a minor inconvenience.

It had a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The management was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.
