The bedding was terrible, very uncomfortable mattresses, old and worn out, the linens were minimal, pillows were even bad (provide some firm and some soft) - no blankets anywhere. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was super clean and Elizabeth is the best I have ever worked with. Communication was quick and easy and always helpful. Everything is labeled and all instructions are detailed and easy to understand. My son. Enjoyed the basketball court at the condo. The outside bathroom at the pool is also very clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the bed in the master- but we are used to a Queen so that’s probably just a personal preference. The only thing I would change would be a king size bed for the master bedroom. I didn’t read closely in the description of the condo so this was a total oversight on my behalf. Host went above and beyond with nice welcome note and goodies. Great communication. The view was amazing. It is very spacious and the furniture is comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The view is fantastic. We came for just one night as a quick weekend trip for me, my wife and kids (4 y/o boy and 1 y/o girl). This condo was fantastic! Very clean and Elizabeth is the greatest unit manager ever. It’s exactly what’s shown in the pictures. And words cannot describe the view from the gulf-front balcony. Elizabeth was great throughout our stay. She was very accessible and attentive to any needs. There was a great attention to detail. She even left me a note and key lime pie in the refrigerator for my birthday! We have stayed in numerous units and this one far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything in well working order. Very reasonably priced for the value of the condo.
