Olivia at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I like that it is pet friendly and does not have any urine/animal smell. The only thing is that the staff does not confirm that it is actually your room when you need them to reactivate the room key card.
Everything was truly wonderful. Our biggest issue was the service @ the restaurants. It was practically non existent. Every meal we had we had Awful service. You’re paying top dollar for your meals and the service just doesn’t warrant the prices. For example, coffee comes to table With no milk, waited ...
I did not like that we had to pay an extra 35/day for valet...it was either that or park your car in the public lot around the corner and pay 25$. Overall it was a little expensive for what you get in return.
The only problem with this hotel is the smell of trash outside. It is situated right near the bar and restaurant....not the correct spot for it !
The location was great. The pool and gym were not inviting at all. The staff tried to please.
Pool was nice and perfect temperature. Didn’t like that the non handicap area didn’t have elevators. difficult with children and strollers and luggage to walk up stairs each time. cleanliness of room okay, found old rag, and a hair piece in room upon arrival
I dont like to be forced to write reviews. Especially if I'm given a fifty word minimum.
