"The motel was very dirty and loud"

"Kind of a dump. No soap in our room. No remote for TV, phone was broken and not hooked up. Sheets on queen beds were full sized so kept popping off. Front desk staff had to be asked multiple times for rollaway. Outside door had key pad but was not locked. Outdoor spaces junky. They’re remodeling but just putting lipstick on a pig. Stay somewhere else."

"Great location. Generally clean, dog friendly. Our room was concerning, as the door was chipped around the lock as though it had been broken into at another time but it latched and locked ok. The bed was poorly made, wrinkled and disheveled, so it appeared the sheets might not be fresh. We decided the room may just have been turned quickly and not inspected, as everything was clean but sloppy. Bed was comfortable. Nearby park and river walk was great for our dog."

"The parking lot isnt easy to get into; front door area is small and you have to step over parking stops. There is one large table in the lobby for eating breakfast, which I did not partake in. It jusr feels too crowded. Asked for 2 rooms with 1 bed each; due to a clerical issue I had to be given a different room. The 1st room's bathroom was not clean and there were gnats around the sink. 2nd morning my mom was in the shower and was "visited " by a large spider. She also noted that the insides of the dresser drawers were filthy. My room was okay. The bathroom sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned but everything else was ok."

"Easy parking, convenient location, and our room was huge with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Our room was on the 2nd floor so the lack of elevator made it tough to carry our luggage up. We didn’t want to wait for a first floor room to become available so we accepted the 2nd floor room. The hotel was aging but clean and well maintained."

"I had almost given up on Super 8 motels because of several negative experiences, but this one was great. Clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff and reasonably priced. This one in south west Casper is a keeper. The one in northeast Casper, not so much."
