"Property has old nasty carpet all over . Property is older with ackward room design . Does not provide guest with house keeping . House keeping did not show up and was told they only come every other day. Hotel did not check in with needs of clients staying multiple days for laundry , towels or garbage disposal . No one cleaned room or assisted in removing garbage for 2 days. "

"The property is old and run down. For example they had three elevators and two of them didn’t work. The room was pretty clean but the rest of the property was pretty old and not that clean."

"Breakfast was hot and tasty, with a wide selection of choices. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would have liked to see cranberry juice in the juice section."

"Check in was extremely easy! Communication with the owner was amazing! Location was fantastic for us! Very clean and comfortable! It’s the little things for me… the shower was 10 out of 10 and the beds were so comfortable! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!!! "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the carriage house! The space was cozy, warm, and incredibly welcoming. I especially loved the indoor hot tub and the cozy cast iron fireplace—it made the whole experience feel so relaxing and peaceful. The home had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful amenities like water and coffee were a really nice touch.We stayed during a snowstorm, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us despite the unpredictable weather. They made sure the snow was plowed and even had someone come help clean off my vehicle so I wouldn’t be snowed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made us feel safe and cared for during our stay.I truly hope to visit again soon and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free getaway!"
