Shower head is located in a bad location so water keeps spreading to the floor. And toilet has a very strange jet design so make sure you close the cover completely before flashing."

"The hotel easily exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a modern conversion of an old building with before and after photographs on the staircase. It has art exhibitions, art showroom, bistro and a cellar bar with a terrific record (vinyl) collection and occasional live bands (but don't worry, there is another floor between the basement and first floor of bedrooms). The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Location-wise I found it perfect for exploring Sofia on foot and clean and comfortable to return to at the end of the day."
