Ficamos hospedados em 6 neste flat de 01/07/2023 a 11/07/2023 e o flat é bem limpo, arejado e confortável com ar condicionado nos dois quartos e ventilador na sala, camas confortaveis e um chuveiro maravilhoso e todos utensilios de cozinha necessarios para preparos de refeicao. Proximo a padarias, restaurantes, sanduicherias, pizzarias, feira de artesanato e espaço de food trucks, farmacias. Recomendo e quando eu estiver de volta em Natal é neste mesmo flat que ficarei. Quero destacar os pontos positivos do flat pois sei que vai ajudar outras pessoas na hora da decisao da escolha. O flat é muito bem equipado com utensilhos de cozinha e eletrodomesticos de alta qualidade,camas,lençois toalhas super confortaveis,limpeza impecavel,enfim; apenas um detalhe deixou a desejar,nao tem maquina de lavar roupas e a adm. Nao permite que coloque o varal no corredor.Todo o resto foi perfeito.Localizaçao otima,com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Mega indico, simplesmente perfeito o apartamento, fizemos excelente hospedagem, foram 15 dias com uma vista maravilhosa da cama para o mar, sem contar na ventilação natutal que o apartamento tem,localização maravilhosa tanto para sair a noite quanto para descer para praia durante o dia, apartamento muito confortável estávamos em 7 pessoas e todos amaram, fizemos nossa própria alimentação no hotel por vários dias, porque a cozinha é mega completa, com isso economizamos muito, 3x por semana fazem limpeza no apartamento, toalhas incluso no apartamento, todos do Hotel muito atenciosos e a anfitriã nem se fala, muito especial sempre preocupada em nos proporcionar o melhor, Nota 10000000

Boa opção em Ponta Negra

O flat estava bem limpo, incluindo roupas de cama e banho. Já não se pode falar o mesmo sobre o liquidificador e alguns utensílios de cozinha (mal lavados). Peca por ter apenas 1 banheiro. O ventilador de chão estava com a cabeça colada e isso foi reportado à dona (sem problemas com isso). A academia do prédio é praticamente um ferro-velho. Fora estes detalhes, o flat é muito bem ventilado, os condicionadores de ar funcionaram muito bem, chuveiro forte, bem localizado (muito perto de bares e restaurantes e ao lado de uma boa padaria, além de ser relativamente perto do morro do careca), vista razoável para o mar, mas não é tão perto assim.
