We are located in the SoBro area of Nashville - walking distance to Downtown and all the Broadway bars. Plenty of restaurants, live music and bar near us! Across the street from one of Nashville's most sought-after restaurants, Husk.

Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled.

Great Location in Nashville

We had a great stay! The condo is close enough to walk downtown but far enough to not have all the noise of downtown. The included gated parking was so helpful. The condo is comfortable and includes small details like coffee and laundry detergent. It felt like we could just show up and have what we needed for a quick stay in Nashville.

We loved the apartment. It was so nicely decorated in a boho style that was very classy. The proximity to the Bridgestone Arena and Broadway made it easy to walk in safe neighborhoods.

Apartment was very nice. Perfect size for my wife and I. Walking distance to anything downtown. Or a cheap uber ride if you don't want to walk back up the hill.

Great little spot close to Broadway!

Great little apartment within walking distance of Broadway. Place was very clean and comfortable. Getting in and out and having free parking on site were a big plus. The only small downside for me was the busy road outside the bedrooms. May not be a problem for those more used to it. But I’d definitely stay there again, just may bring a sound machine.

The check-in process was super easy and communication with the host was excellent! The condo was very very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and all of the great restaurants and bars. The condo felt safe and secure. Highly recommend for any stays in Nashville.

Beautiful Getaway!

This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean! One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. Loved the location - half mile from Broadway and close to coffee shops, restaurants and other music venues. Will definitely use again when we come to Nashville.

Condo was clean, and as stated it is within walking distance to most everything. The only thing we ubered to was the Grand Ol Opry. The Host was easy to work with. Overall experience was great!!

Nashville girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this well kept condo. It was an easy walk to Broadway with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The condo’s Host kept me well informed about our reservation and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip of 4. It was clean and the hosts were very informative and responsive. It was walkable to Broadway, although the walk home is a bit up hill! We felt very safe and would recommend this unit!
