About this property

Studio w/ private garage and washer/dryer

  • This is the downstairs unit of a 2 unit home. There are no shared spaces. It is a studio apartment. It does not have a kitchen. It does have a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Other small kitchen appliances (crockpot, instant, etc.) could make for a functional space to prepare meals. The unit has a private garage, as well as additional parking and a dedicated washer and dryer. It also has a desk and comfortable chair for working or studying. It would be perfect for a student. The unit is located underneath the upstairs primary bath, not under the main living areas. Noise travel between the units is minimal. You have full control over the thermostat for your unit and there is a tankless hot water heater so no worries about running out of hot water. We are about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.
