This home has all the comforts of our own home! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, the beds/pillows/blankets are so amazing, and the family game room was a wonderful place to hang out as a family. The coffee bar was great too. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and an added surprise for our stay. The location was a perfect distance to all areas we had plans for. We loved staying at this home so much we booked it for our return visit in the summer! We highly recommend this home!

The home is spotless and very well appointed. It’s feels very homey and has wonderful bedding and throws with lots of pillows and plushies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Franklin. The owner was wonderful about communicating. The swimming pool area and the game room were wonderful as well and we loved the firpit!! All in all a great home!!!

Amazing!! I’m officially a vrbo customer for life because of our stay. Everything about this house was beautifully done from the game room to the cocktail bar. Giant fenced in backyard with a fire pit and smores for the kids as well. Tons of fur blankets which our girls loved to snuggle up in to watch movies on a cold November night. Also it's right next to Southall Farm & Inn which is a huge plus.

Amazing place to stay in Franklin!! We loved our time here and would definitely book again if we are back in the area. The game room and backyard were perfect spaces to hang out. The bedding/beds were so comfortable and we had no issues at all!
